 I would like to present to you our gourmet menu for lunch and dinner service.
           $25.00 per person, and $30.00 per person with unlimited vine.
All our food preparation is made from scratch  with organic ingredients.
 All our lunch and dinner entrees include:

 a) hot bread with herbal butter
 b) European style salad 
 c) main dish of your choice
 d) homemade organic dessert
 e) Ozarka water or any soft drink of your choice.

                     "Damskie Pal'chiki "

Hammered pork stuffed with raisins, golden onions, celery and organic herbs and baked in my homemade vine sauce.
Choice of side dish:
a) herbal potato or mash potato
 b) lemon herbal rice
 c) basil pasta.
 Choice of vegetables:
a) stuffed backed tomatoes
 b) backed Brussel sprouts with nuts
 c) Italian mixed vegetables.
 d) Vitamin salad (fresh herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots with
organic olive oil and vinegar. Served on top of  fresh spinach)

                "Otbivnie"
Hammered pork serve with homemade Adjika sauce
(European tomato - pepper  favorite)

 Stuffed Duck with rice, nuts, mushrooms, raisins, celery & golden onions & baked in homemade sauce.

(Cost per duck - $ 80.00)

Add any side dish + salad + desert for $20.00 (per person). Bread with herbal butter and any soft drink or Ozark water is included.

 

                 Duck Feast 

Stuffed Duck with rice, nuts, mushrooms, raisins, celery & golden onions & baked in homemade sauce + 7 different side dishes, salads & spread.

(Cost per duck - $ 80.00 + $ 70.00 side dishes, salads & spread)

Add any desert for $10.00 (per person). Bread with herbal butter and any soft drink or Ozark water is included.

 Herbal chicken with fried golden onions wrapped in homemade dough and fried in organic butter.
